Cancellation policy

These terms apply to VYV subscriptions bought at drinkvyv.com. By subscribing, you agree to them.

Each delivery is 24 cans: the two 12-packs you choose when you subscribe. Each 12-pack is Variety, Blueberry Mango Lemonade, Strawberry Lime or Tart Cherry Citrus.

Price and billing

  • Each delivery costs $59.98 plus applicable sales tax. Shipping is free on every delivery.
  • Your subscription renews automatically every 4 weeks and continues until you cancel. There is no minimum number of deliveries.
  • We charge your payment method when you subscribe, for your first delivery, and then on each renewal date. Your next charge date is always shown in your account.
  • If you subscribed with an intro offer, the discount applies to your first delivery only. Every delivery after that is $59.98. Your confirmation email gives the date of your first $59.98 charge.
  • We email you a reminder 3 days before each scheduled renewal charge.

Price changes: If we propose increasing your standard renewal price, we will email you 10 to 30 days in advance with the proposed price, effective date and instructions for cancelling. We will not charge the higher standard renewal price unless you expressly agree to it.

Cancel, skip or pause

  • Cancel anytime online: log in at drinkvyv.com/account, open Subscriptions and choose Cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges right away.
  • To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next charge date.
  • You can skip a delivery or pause your subscription from the same page.
  • Or email shop@drinkvyv.com and we will cancel it for you. You never have to call.

Changes: Your box and delivery schedule stay as you chose them. To change either, cancel in your account and start a new subscription.

Failed payments: If a renewal charge fails, we will try it again. If it still fails, we pause your subscription and email you. Updating your payment method does not restart it by itself: after you update it, choose Resume on the Subscriptions page in your account.

Refunds: Deliveries that have been charged follow our refund policy.
