Refund policy
1. Overview
Your satisfaction matters. Because VYV Hydration beverages are perishable consumables, we do not accept returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement (no return shipping required) within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after you receive your order.
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly on https://drinkvyv.com.
- We cannot issue refunds for opened cans or drinks consumed in part; however, if the product is defective or spoiled on arrival, let us know.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email shop@drinkvyv.com with:
- Subject line: “Refund/Replacement Request – Order #XXXX”
- Your order number
- A brief explanation (e.g., wrong flavor, spoiled, damaged packaging)
- Photo evidence if the product arrived damaged or spoiled
- We will respond within 2 business days with confirmation and instructions.
- If approved, choose one of the following remedies (no need to ship anything back):

- Full Refund: We credit your original payment method.
- Replacement Shipment: We send a fresh package of the same item (no additional shipping charge).
4. Processing Timeline
- Once approved, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 more days to appear in your account.
- Replacement orders ship within 3 business days of approval, using the same shipping method as your original order.
5. Non-Eligible Situations
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
- Consumables that were fully or partly consumed without packaging defects.
- Change of mind once the product has been opened and consumed.
